For one of our clients active in the field of home care, we are looking for an Assistant in Community Health Care (ASSC) wishing to invest themselves in quality care at the patients' homes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delegated care and basic care for beneficiaries.
• Participate in monitoring the health status of patients and transmit information to the reference nurses.
• Accompany beneficiaries in daily life activities.
• Contribute to maintaining patients at home and preserving their autonomy.
• Perform medico-technical tasks within your scope of competence.
• Ensure the traceability of interventions and collaborate with the various actors in the care network.

Profile

• CFC as Assistant in Community Health Care (ASSC)
• Experience in home care is a real asset.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and sense of service.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities.
• Driver's license and vehicle indispensable.
• Flexibility and availability.
