For a leading hospital or nursing home in Wädenswil, we are looking for a dedicated Nursing Team Lead (80-100%) who will lead the nursing team into the future with expertise, empathy, and a spirit of innovation.

Your tasks – Leadership responsibility with room for design

• Functional and personnel management of the nursing team to ensure excellent quality of care
• Development and implementation of new nursing concepts and process optimizations
• Promotion of interdisciplinary cooperation with doctors and therapist teams
• Coaching and mentoring of employees to ensure continuous improvement and knowledge transfer
• Ensuring compliance with current quality and hygiene standards

Your profile – Competence meets humanity

• Completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH with further training in leadership or management
• Several years of experience in a leadership function in the nursing sector
• High degree of initiative, organizational talent, and resilience
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation and a cooperative leadership style
