Registered Nurse Long-term Care 50 - 100 % Bern

Actively shaping nursing quality and professionally developing teams - that is your ambition. In the Koppigen region, Canton Bern, we are looking for a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FH or a Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH for the specialist team at a workload of 50 – 100 %, starting immediately or by arrangement. In a modern competence center for nursing and care, you will take on a central role in quality development, support the teams in everyday nursing care, and contribute to the professional development of long-term care.

What awaits you in this responsible task:

• Ensuring, promoting, and further developing a high quality of nursing care
• Professional contact person for the residential areas and support for the teams in everyday nursing care
• Conducting bedside teaching as well as professional advice and guidance for employees
• Responsibility for the definition, implementation, review, and evaluation of the nursing process
• Accompanying and moderating round-table, status, and case discussions
• Participation in the development, implementation, and further development of nursing concepts
• Training and supporting employees with medical-technical measures
• Planning and conducting internal continuing education
• Taking over telephone on-call services for professional support

What you bring with you:

• Completed training as a Pflegefachfrau or Pflegefachmann HF/FH or equivalent training such as Bachelor of Science in Nursing, examinierte Pflegefachkraft, Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegerin or Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger, DGKP
• Professional experience in the Swiss healthcare system
• Joy in professional, patient-oriented nursing and care
• Responsible, independent, and structured way of working
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
