Nursing Specialist HF/FH 60-70%

Our client is an established non-profit organization in the health and social services sector that supports people of various age groups with health limitations and enables them to lead a self-determined life in their familiar environment. With around 160 employees at four locations in the region, the company is among the larger providers in its industry in the Canton of Zürich. To strengthen the team, we are looking for a committed personality as a Nursing Specialist HF/FH (60-70%) starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Conducting needs assessments according to interRAI-HC
• Independent nursing and care of clients
• Taking over case management
• Assessing nursing needs and the nursing effort
• Creation and evaluation of nursing documentation
• Execution and documentation of interventions according to the nursing plan
• Conducting advisory interviews
• Checking the quality and effectiveness of the nursing care
• Cooperation with relatives, doctors and specialist agencies

Your profile

• Completed training as a Nursing Specialist HF/FH
• Broad professional experience in nursing
• Professional and independent way of working
• Strong social competence and resilience
• Flexibility regarding working hours
• Good PC skills
• Driver's license category B
