Your tasks:

• Professional care and accompaniment of our residents
• Assessment and accompaniment regarding somatic and psychiatric issues
• Ensuring professional and safe medication administration
• Cooperation with doctors, psychiatric specialists, and other external agencies
• Participation in the further development of nursing-medical processes and standards
• Professional support and advice for employees in everyday care
• Participation in an interdisciplinary team

Your profile:

• Diploma as Pflegefachperson HF/FH or as Pflegefachfrau Psychiatrie HF/FH
• Experience in both the somatic and psychiatric sectors
• Ideally professional experience in a hospital or acute care setting
• Confidence in assessing nursing-medical situations
• Joy in working with people with different support needs
• Willingness to support changes and constructively help shape new structures and processes
• Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working
• Ability to work in a team, openness, and an appreciative attitude
