In our nine operating rooms, over 8'800 procedures are carried out annually in the specialist areas of visceral surgery, bariatrics, vascular surgery, traumatology, orthopaedics, hand surgery, urology incl. Da Vinci, gynaecology, ORL and paediatric orthopaedics as well as plastic-reconstructive surgery. The Institute for Anesthesia and Intensive Care provides over 18'000 anesthesia hours annually in the OR and in the White Zone. Modern, evidence-based anesthesia is practiced in all areas of anesthesia.

Here you will commit yourself

• in the preparation, implementation of anesthesias under specialist medical delegation in all shifts
• in the individual care of patients in intervention rooms such as shock room, angio and delivery room as well as during resuscitations
• in the co-supervision of students in the NDS HF anesthesia nursing and resident doctors in training
• in taking over zone and/or shift leadership
