Context -------- The Centre hospitalier universitaire vaudois (CHUV) is one of the five Swiss university hospitals and is among the best hospital establishments in the world according to the Newsweek 2025 ranking. Thanks to its collaboration with the Faculty of Biology and Medicine of the Université de Lausanne and the EPFL, it plays a leading role in the fields of care, research, and training. The CHUV Pharmacy Service has the mission of manufacturing, supplying, and controlling medicines intended for hospital patients. Within its Quality Control Laboratory, teams verify the compliance and stability of raw materials and finished products, in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Working here means learning scientific rigor in a cutting-edge technological environment, where every result contributes to the safety of care. Mission ------- * You perform physico-chemical analyses on raw materials and finished products (identification, assay, purity control) * You learn to master advanced separative analytical techniques such as UHPLC-DAD * You participate in the development and validation of new analytical methods * You ensure the maintenance and proper functioning of the laboratory and its equipment * You write, verify, and archive your results in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) * You participate in microbiological analyses (plate reading, microbiological control of pharma water and non-sterile products) * You collaborate with the Pharmacy Service teams and contribute to the quality of therapeutic products distributed throughout the CHUV.
