Tasks

• Accompanying and promoting apprentices and students of various training levels and areas
• Coaching and supporting the vocational trainers
• Conducting learning support and practical assignments in the departments
• Further development of the education sector with own ideas and impulses
• Cooperation with vocational schools, higher technical colleges and training networks
• Participation in the recruitment of apprentices and students

Profile

• Degree as a diplomierte Pflegefachfrau*mann HF
• Methodological-didactic further education (e.g., Ausbilder/in with eidg. Fachausweis or SVEB 1 and 2)
• Joy in accompanying and promoting people
• Strong communication and social competence
• Independent, solution-oriented and organized way of working
• Great interest in taking on responsibility and helping to shape developments
