Healthcare Specialist / Medical Practice Assistant - Admission Ward

What you achieve

You care for our patients on the admission ward and ensure a smooth process before the surgical procedure.

• In doing so, you receive and register the patients, collect vital signs, allergies and medications and inform them about the pre- and postoperative procedure.
• You accompany them to the anesthesia pre-consultation and subsequently hand them over to the operating area.
• Your tasks also primarily include administrative activities, obtaining medical reports as well as preoperative investigations such as blood sampling and EKGs.
• You can expect regular working hours from Monday to Friday, either from 05:30 to 15:00 or from 08:00 to 17:00.

What distinguishes you

• You have completed your training as a medical practice assistant (MPA) or healthcare specialist and ideally bring corresponding professional experience.
• Conscientious, independent and quality-conscious work as well as good IT skills characterize you.
• Confident German completes your profile.
