Assistants in Community Nursing and Healthcare (ASSC) M/F

to join our team of temporary pool staff, to intervene in different structures: EMS, CMS, Hospitals, Clinics, Adult Psychiatry, Psychogeriatrics & Child Psychiatry.

Job Description ##

• You collaborate closely on the care of patients within a multidisciplinary team
• You provide varied, global and individualized care under the delegation of a nurse
• You dispense medico-technical care under the delegation of the nurse
• You accompany patients in a responsible and autonomous manner for care aspects touching on activities of daily living
• You ensure the correct transmission of information between all stakeholders through the patient file
