Your tasks

• Co-responsibility for the professional management of the department
• Working in direct clinical nursing and controlling the nursing diagnostic process
• Continuous empowerment of employees through personal coaching, training, and case discussions
• Ensuring and further developing nursing quality and patient safety in the department
• Development, adaptation, and evaluation of subject-specific guidelines and instructions in cooperation with other subject experts, nursing experts, and other professional groups

Your profile

• Completed professional training as a nursing specialist FH or
• Completed professional training as a nursing specialist HF with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing or willingness to complete this
• At least 2 years of professional experience in the acute care sector, surgery is an advantage
• Professional appearance and enjoyment in the further development of specialized fields in an interprofessional team
