Your tasks at the new employer:

• During the rehabilitation process, you take over the individual nursing care and accompaniment of the patients and orient yourself according to their personal goals and resources
• You independently plan, coordinate, and evaluate nursing goals and measures and continuously adapt them to the individual rehabilitation course
• With activating and resource-oriented nursing, you support the patients in regaining as much independence as possible for their daily life
• You actively contribute your nursing observations and assessments to the cooperation with doctors, therapies, and other specialist departments

• A diploma as Pflegefachperson HF/FH or, in the case of a foreign degree, the corresponding SRK recognition
