Your tasks:

• Needs-oriented care and nursing of elderly, mentally ill and demented residents
• Reference person work and close cooperation with relatives, doctors, therapists, authorities and psychiatric institutions
• Assumption of professional and organizational daily responsibility in the early or late shift
• Accompanying and instructing students and trainees
• Collaboration in the implementation and further development of quality management
• Supporting good interdisciplinary cooperation and smooth shift operation

Your profile:

• Completed training as dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann DN II, HF or FH
• Interest and motivation for the field of gerontopsychiatry
• Responsible, independent and team-oriented way of working
• Strong communication skills and empathy
• Appreciative treatment of elderly, mentally ill and demented people
• Knowledge of RAI and EasyDok an advantage
• Quality and cost awareness
• Flexibility and openness towards modern nursing concepts
