Head of Psychiatric Nursing 60-100% (m,f,d)

Introduction

Do you want to actively help shape psychiatric nursing and contribute your expertise to the development of a modern offering? For our client, a Spitex organization near Basel, we are looking for an engaged personality as Head of Psychiatric Nursing, workload 60-100%, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Tasks

• Technical and organizational management of the psychiatric nursing area
• Participation in the development and further evolution of the psychiatric offering
• Ensuring high-quality, client-centered care
• Carrying out needs assessments as well as evaluations for clients (at least once per month on-site)
• Coordination and accompaniment of nursing processes
• Contact person for employees, clients, and external partners
• Taking over administrative and organizational activities in the management area
• Support in the development of concepts, processes, and quality standards

Profile

• Completed training as a Dipl. Nursing Professional HF/FH
• At least two years of professional experience in psychiatric nursing
• Experience in the outpatient sector or in Spitex is an advantage
• Leadership experience is not a requirement, but is considered a plus
• Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Enjoyment in helping to shape new structures and taking on responsibility
