Our Team & Collaboration

We are a small, well-coordinated team of three physiotherapists, from career entry to many years of experience. We value our shared coffee breaks, which we also use for professional exchange. Additionally, we regularly go to the nearby Italian restaurant together for lunch.

We are very well networked in Gossau and meet twice a year for an exchange with the physiotherapists of the surrounding practices.

Professional Focus & Development

We work actively and goal-oriented with our patients and rely on evidence-based physiotherapy.

Our specialties lie in sports physiotherapy, pediatric physiotherapy, and the field of jaw physiotherapy. We also offer Dry Needling in our practice and are open to individually promoting your professional focus and interests and expanding our areas of expertise.

In addition to treatments in the practice, we also offer home physiotherapy. This provides a welcome change to the daily practice routine and, as a Flying Physio, allows you to explore the region around Gossau with our company car and care for patients in their familiar environment.

In regular case discussions and internal training sessions, we deepen our knowledge and exchange ideas with each other. We also benefit from the large OMNIA network with cross-regional online training.

Location & Arrival

Our practice is centrally located in Gossau and only a few minutes' walk from the train station. Employees have the opportunity to rent a parking space directly in the underground garage. For patients, there is nearby parking available in the blue zone.

What makes our location so special

We have two locations in Gossau. On one hand, at Bedastrasse, we have an MTT area, a spacious room for free exercises, and two treatment rooms. On the other hand, we have an additional treatment room in Update Fitness at Stadtbühlstrasse. There, we are allowed to use all fitness equipment, giving us a huge selection and allowing us to fully exert ourselves, especially during active exercises.

At least 30 minutes per treatment, whether in the practice or during a home visit, and 60 minutes for initial assessments. In addition, 30 minutes of paid administration time per working day. As a Flying Physio, you work in clearly structured hourly blocks with sufficient time for treatment, administration, and travel.

Professional support in the background.
We accompany you through the SRK recognition. Our scientific staff supports you professionally, and you implement standardized assessments easily via online tools.

Support in everyday life.
Own laptop for your administration and an admin team that supports you. Mistakes are allowed to happen; we find solutions together. 5 weeks of vacation, fair remuneration, and flexible working hours that you help shape, are standard with us.

Your work model, your choice.
More vacation (up to 14 weeks), an additional contribution to your pension fund, or a classic employment model? You decide. You also shape your salary development: Once a year, you reflect on your performance in an objective salary evaluation, and we discuss your next steps together.

You are also on the road as a Flying Physio.
For your home visits, you are top-equipped: A packed company car and a mobile phone await you; you can also use the car privately throughout Switzerland.

We move you forward.
At a 100% workload, up to 5 continuing education days per year and a CHF 1,000 training contribution. In the OMNIA network, we exchange ideas regularly. A change of location within Switzerland or later a leadership role? We are happy to support you with that.

Your Profile:

• Completed training in physiotherapy; for foreign diplomas, we accompany you with the SRK recognition.
• Creativity and flexibility to optimally adapt to the local conditions.
• Team spirit, high social competence, and reliability.
• Desire for a career entry, a re-entry, or a new professional challenge.
• Experience with general, neurological and/or geriatric patients is an advantage.

Your Tasks:

• You treat patients in the practice and at their homes.
• You work interdisciplinarily with doctors, nursing staff, and relatives.
• You actively help shape the "Flying Physios" offer.
