Ward Manager Nursing Luzern

As Ward Manager Nursing, you will take on technical and personnel responsibility for a nursing team in acute surgical nursing in Luzern. The permanent position is aimed at Dipl. Pflegefachfrauen HF/FH and Dipl. Pflegefachmänner HF/FH with leadership experience and, with a workload of 80 to 100 %, combines employee leadership, responsibility for nursing care, and the further development of employees and nursing processes. Entry is immediate or by arrangement.

• You promote and develop employees and accompany apprentices as well as students in everyday professional life

• You actively help shape the further development of nursing as well as interprofessional cooperation

What you bring with you

• Completed training as a Pflegefachfrau or Pflegefachmann HF/FH or equivalent training such as Bachelor of Science in Nursing, examinierte Pflegefachkraft, Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegerin or Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger, DGKP
• Professional experience in the acute care sector, ideally in a surgical environment
• Initial leadership experience is an advantage or clear motivation to take on a leadership role
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
