Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann HF/FH/DNII 50% in the late shift
Your tasks

• Holistic care and nursing of the guests in the sense of our nursing mission statement and the nursing process
• Taking over tasks as a primary caregiver
• Responsibility and management of the nursing process of the assigned guests incl. the nursing needs assessment RAI
• Electronic nursing documentation using CareCoach
• Planning and accompaniment of doctor visits
• Taking over late shifts, optionally from 16 or 17 o'clock
• Leading case discussions and nursing reports
• Taking over tasks as a subject matter expert in a specialist topic and thus participating in the group-wide network for nursing quality

Your profile

• Completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann HF/FH/DNII or an equivalent training recognized by the SRK
• Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage
• RAI knowledge desired or willingness to attend these courses (will be paid for)
• A warm and humorous basic attitude
• Joy in versatile challenges
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
