Introduction

For one of our clients, we are looking for a motivated nursing professional who wants to actively participate in the establishment and further development of a Spitex. The Spitex accompanies and supports family caregivers, while simultaneously expanding the regular care offering and placing great value on well-organized processes. At our client, you will work from Monday to Friday during regular office hours - ideal for a healthy work-life balance.

Tasks

• Active participation in the establishment and further development of the organization
• Responsibility in care planning and implementation
• Accompaniment and coaching of family caregivers
• Design of digital processes and modern structures
• Cooperation with management and involvement in decisions
• Opportunities for the further development of the workload and responsibility
• An environment in which commitment and ideas really count

Profile

• Training as a Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF, with SRK recognition for foreign diplomas
• Enjoyment of responsibility and active co-design
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Interest in digital processes
• Motivation to participate in a development phase - real start-up feeling!
• High social competence and empathy
• Flexibility and initiative
