Your tasks

You take over the holistic care and support of our clients in their familiar homes

You coordinate and organize holistic care

You work closely with doctors and other specialists

You ensure a high quality of care and service

What you bring with you

Qualification as a Nursing Specialist HF

Enjoyment of independent work

Sense of responsibility, flexibility and an appreciative attitude

Very good German language skills in speaking and writing

Driver's license category B
