ASSC between 80 % - 100% Site of the EMS le Tilleul, ch. de la Cigale 27 in Lausanne

Your mission
Contribute to the development and implementation of the monitoring and evaluation of the resident's support project.
Evaluate, define and provide the required care for the resident according to the transmitted medical orders.
Accompany and assist the resident in daily life activities in accordance with the support project.
Accompany the resident and loved ones in crisis and end-of-life situations.
Be willing to work split and continuous day shifts, as well as two weekends per month.
Your profile
CFC as ASSC, or title deemed equivalent, recognized by the Swiss Red Cross
Aptitude to work in a multidisciplinary team
Organizational capacity, practical sense and versatility
Capacity for reflection and analysis
Team spirit and ability to promote communication and exchanges
Easy contact with elderly people and interest in human relations
Mastery of French, spoken and written.
