These are your tasks

• Care and support of people with dementia in an old-age psychiatric setting within the framework of the corresponding competence level of the Skill & Grade-Mix
• Design and management of the nursing process in primary nursing work with the patient, the relatives, as well as internal and external specialists
• Implementation of milieu and nursing therapeutic work
• Cooperation with relatives within the framework of family-centered care
• Acting in psychiatric and somatic emergency situations
• Co-design and implementation of change processes

What you bring with you

• Professional experience in psychiatry, somatics and/or the geriatric field
• Sound experience as well as joy in dealing with people with dementia
• High professional, social and personal competence and a structured way of working
• Readiness to embrace new things and actively help shape changes
• CAS in Gerontology or the readiness to complete one
• Good German and MS skills
• For foreign diplomas, an SRK recognition is required
