• Accompanying apprentices and students during their internship
• Conducting status, progress, and assessment meetings
• Participation in practical qualification procedures as well as taking on expert activities
• Active co-design and further development of training quality at Spitalzentrum Biel
• Care of patients as a certified nursing professional
• Close cooperation with the team leader, the nursing team, and the education team

What distinguishes you ##

• Diploma as Pflegefachfrau/-mann HF/FH
• Pedagogical further training (SVEB I) or the willingness to complete it
• Joy in accompanying and promoting apprentices and students of different training levels
• Strong communication, coaching, and reflection skills
• High social competence as well as the ability to accompany people in their development in an appreciative manner
• Interest in continuous professional and personal development
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing as well as basic knowledge of the French language
