Together with our client, a family-like elderly and nursing center in the Luzern region, we are looking for a motivated Fachfrau or Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ 60-100 % for a temporary assignment, starting immediately or by arrangement. The institution offers older people a home in which individual needs, professional care, and respectful interaction are the focus. Holistic care as well as the promotion of independence and quality of life characterize everyday nursing. Great importance is placed on taking into account the personal habits and wishes of the residents.

Your tasks at the new employer:

• You take over the individual care and support of the residents and assist them in as independent an everyday life as possible
• The implementation of nursing and medical-technical measures within your area of competence is part of your daily tasks
• Together with the nursing team, you design a structured daily routine, taking into account the personal habits of the residents
• You ensure the reliable passing on of important information regarding nursing documentation and the observation of health changes
