Healthcare Specialist EFZ

For our client, an established and modern Spitex organisation in Zürich, we are looking for a committed and motivated Healthcare Specialist EFZ (FaGe).

Our client accompanies numerous clients annually in their familiar homes and places great importance on individual, professional, and holistic care. We are looking for a personality who enjoys direct contact with people, likes to work independently, and at the same time values collaboration within the team.

Your tasks

• Professional and individual care and support of the clients in their homes
• Support and accompaniment in everyday life
• Involvement and consultation of relatives
• Close cooperation with the case-leading nursing specialist
• Ensuring holistic and needs-oriented care
• Cooperation with the nursing team, doctors, and external specialist agencies
• Contribution to a high quality of care and trustworthy support

Your profile

• Completed training as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ
• Joy in working with people and in direct customer contact
• Independent, reliable, and responsible way of working
• High social and professional competence
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Ability to work in a team and willingness for interdisciplinary cooperation
• Interest in outpatient care and in varied work situations
• Willingness to visit the clients by E-Bike
