Our client is one of the largest Spitex organizations in the canton of Aargau and serves with approximately 125 employees a catchment area of approximately 38,500 inhabitants in the Heitersberg Ouest region and the lower Reuss valley. • Organizational and personnel management of approximately 20 employees
• Overview of complex professional situations in the catchment area
• Coordination of collaboration with the professional development team
• Guarantee of professional and needs-based care
• Collaboration with other team leaders for team development
• Implementation of a constructive culture of errors and feedback
• Maintenance of a benevolent and appreciative relationship with employees

• Proven management experience in the field of care
