The Fondation Clair Bois is a private organization benefiting from a service contract with the State of Geneva. In its six sites located in Pregny-Chambésy, Lancy (Pôle Enfance Adolescence), Pinchat, Chêne-Bougeries, Chêne-Bourg and in the City of Geneva (Pôle Adultes), it welcomes people in situations of multiple disabilities. It also accompanies young people in initial training, and employs a significant number of collaborators in adapted employment.

An Assistant in Community Health and Care (ASSC)
Job description:
Accompany the adults welcomed in daily life and in the specific interventions of their personalized project
Guarantee the areas of care and personal assistance
Perform medico-technical acts under the delegation of a nurse
Participate in individual and collective activities in the form of workshops, animations or outings
Contribute to the improvement of the quality of support and the personalized project of the residents
Guarantee an optimal circulation of information
Perform the administrative and logistical tasks inherent to the care team
Contribute to the supervision, training and support of ASSC apprentices, interns as well as any new person integrated within their team
Qualifications:
A CFC as ASSC with right of practice
The willingness to work in a multidisciplinary team, dynamism, interpersonal skills
Interest and experience with people in situations of disability
Mastery of usual IT tools
Swiss nationality or valid permit
