Your tasks

• Global care and support of residents in accordance with our care concept and the care process
• Handling of tasks as a reference person in care
• Responsibility and management of the care process for assigned residents, including RAI care needs assessment
• Electronic documentation of care via CareCoach
• Planning and support of medical visits
• Handling of daily responsibility with coordination of the day team
• Conducting case meetings and care reports
• Handling of tasks as a thematic referent in a specialized field and participation in the group network for care quality

Your profile

• Completed training as a registered nurse HF/FH/DNII or equivalent training recognized by the Swiss Red Cross
• Professional experience in long-term care desired
• RAI knowledge desired or willingness to take these courses (covered)
• Warm and humorous attitude
• Taste for varied challenges
• Good command of German, spoken and written
