The Bureau Régional d'Information et d'Orientation (BRIO) informs, advises, and guides the population and professionals, within the medico-social network, according to the needs of users and family caregivers. The BRIO is a major actor in medico-social coordination at the regional level. As part of the evolution of our organization, we are looking for a: Deputy to the BRIO Manager in charge of the operational management of the Liaison & Coordination teams Activity rate: 90% Start date: 1st February 2027 or to be agreed Your mission ------------- Under the responsibility of the BRIO Manager, you ensure local management and the operational management of a perimeter of 23 FTE, composed of coordination nurses (IDC), liaison nurses (IDL) and the liaison secretariat. You contribute to the quality of services and the continuity of pathways between accommodation, home, hospital and the various health partners. Your main responsibilities * Supervise, support and evaluate employees, and develop their skills * Participate in recruitments, and the integration of new employees * Organize activity, presence and absences by ensuring the continuity of services on the various sites * Strengthen synergies between the IDC -- IDL and monitor the quality of services * Coordinate interfaces between the teams, IDL-IDC, the RSHL teams and health partners * Be the interlocutor for partners for the operational functioning of Liaison and Coordination * Contribute to the evolution projects of the sector Your profile * HES Bachelor in nursing or a title deemed equivalent, completed by training in management * Confirmed experience in the coordination of care pathways, notably in liaison functions between different actors of the health system, as well as in the leadership and supervision of teams * Good knowledge of the Vaudois socio-sanitary network; knowledge of the Valaisan network, an asset * Leadership, capacity for organization, analysis and decision with a developed sense of collaboration and interpersonal ease * Ability to accompany and lead change, to unite teams and to support the evolution of practices Réseau Santé Haut-Léman * Réseau Santé Haut-Léman Route des Tilles 6a 1847 Rennaz * [ ](< >) jpidae8f77djm jpit1041jm jpiy26jm
