Our interdisciplinary 6-bed Intermediate Care station at the Walenstadt location cares for patients from medical and surgical specialist departments. As a Team Leader, you are firmly anchored in everyday clinical practice, work closely with various professional groups, and simultaneously take responsibility for the leadership and further development of your team.

These are your tasks ##

This is what you bring with you ##

• You actively participate in everyday clinical practice, support your team in complex nursing situations, and lead team meetings
• You lead the IMC nursing team, accompany professional and personal development, conduct employee discussions and evaluations, and support recruitment
• You participate in interdisciplinary and interprofessional tasks and projects and are responsible for the duty planning of the IMC Walenstadt
• As part of the nursing leadership team, you participate in the intensive care management conference in Chur and undertake the resulting tasks
• A diploma as a nursing specialist HF/FH, an IMC certificate, as well as at least two years of professional experience in the acute care sector
• Leadership competence, sense of responsibility, and ideally a completed CAS Leadership or the willingness to complete one
• An independent, structured, and reliable way of working as well as clear communication and pronounced professional and social competence
