• Co-responsibility for the leadership and organization of a medical private bed ward.
• Management of personnel and operational processes together with the department management.
• Ensuring a stable and efficient ward operation.
• Promoting and supporting the professional and personal development of the employees.
• Structured induction of new team members.
• Ensuring high-quality and patient-centered care.
• Active further development of processes and structures.
• Promoting interprofessional and interdisciplinary cooperation.

Your profile

• Diploma as a nursing professional
• At least 2 years of professional experience, ideally in the medical specialty
• Completed leadership training or willingness to complete it
• High social and self-competence
• Strong organizational skills
• Structured and solution-oriented way of working
• High sense of responsibility and commitment
• Willingness to actively help shape changes
• Enjoyment in the leadership, promotion, and development of employees
• Ability to develop sustainable solutions for everyday nursing
