Your commitment ##

As an HF nursing student, you progressively assume responsibility for the care and support of our residents. You work in close collaboration with experienced nursing professionals and care experts, and you learn to professionally plan, implement, and evaluate care processes. You continuously develop your professional and personal skills: you observe, assess, and identify care needs, deduce appropriate care measures, and accompany people in different situations and phases of life. With us, you will directly link your theoretical knowledge to practice and will be specifically prepared for your role as a qualified HF nurse.

Your profile ##

• You have completed basic professional training (CFC), preferably in the field of care or support.
• You meet the admission requirements for HF studies in nursing or already have a training place at BZG.
• You possess excellent knowledge of German (at least level B2) and communicate confidently orally and in writing.
• You are interested in people, health, and care-related issues.
• You work responsibly, reliably, and enjoy teamwork.
• You approach people with respect, empathy, and consideration.
• You remain calm and organized even in demanding situations.
• You possess the necessary stamina and resilience for a varied professional life in care.
• You are ready to work in shifts as well as on weekends and public holidays.
