Our customer, a modern acute care hospital in Rümlang, is looking for a Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH (80-100%) who will take on responsibility as a Teamleiter/in Pflegeabteilung and actively improve the quality of patient care.

Your tasks – Leadership with foresight

• Ensuring excellent nursing quality for patients with various clinical pictures
• Personnel and professional management of a dynamic team
• Participation in change processes to optimize nursing workflows

• Degree as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH with experience in the acute care sector
