In the Stiftung Tannacker, adults with a cognitive or multiple impairment live and work at several locations. Those who live and work in the Stiftung Tannacker participate in normalized life situations as competently, self-determinedly, and independently as possible. Your profile

• You have completed training as a Fachperson Betreuung EFZ or have completed basic training and have already been able to gain practical experience in the care, nursing, and support of adults with a multiple impairment
• You care about the personal, as self-determined and independent as possible, development of people with an impairment towards social participation
• In your agogic attitude, you orient yourself towards the wishes and needs of the person, consider possibilities, and approach perspectives with openness
• An independent way of working, resilience, as well as ability to work in a team are a matter of course for you

Your tasks

• Supporting people with impairments according to the participation concept
• Basic care of people who are partly severely physically impaired
• Jointly performing the residential group household tasks as well as initiating a pleasant living atmosphere
• Collaboration in an interdisciplinarily composed team
• Planning and organizing activities for individuals and groups
• Accompanying group and/or individual holidays (Switzerland and abroad)
• Attending internal continuing education as well as participation in team meetings
• Performing weekend services
