For the Health Department, we are looking to complement our two-person team as of 1 February 2027 or by arrangement for a

Healthcare Professional (FaGe) 70%
or
Healthcare Professional (FaGe) 50% as well as a Medical Practice Assistant (MPA) 20-30%

Your area of responsibility

• You support and advise our care teams regarding nursing concerns
• You ensure internal quality management and oversee medication management
• You take over the administrative and organizational tasks in the Health Department
• You work closely with our general practitioner, the psychiatrist, and the pharmacy and are the direct contact person for the residents and the staff
• You participate in various working groups and train the care staff

You bring with you

• Completed training as a Healthcare Professional FaGe or Medical Practice Assistant MPA.
• Interest in the life world of people with disabilities.
• Empathy, patience, and a good sense for different needs.
• Sense of responsibility and reliability, networked thinking.
• Good PC skills and enjoyment of administrative tasks.
