Together with our client, a specialized nursing facility in the Luzern region, we are looking for a Fachfrau or einen Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ 60-100 % for a temporary assignment in the dementia area, effective immediately or by arrangement. The institution offers people with different demential illnesses a protected and personal living environment. The focus is on individual care, the promotion of existing skills, and a life design that is as self-determined as possible.

A familiar working environment with a versatile nursing everyday life awaits you, in which personal contact with the residents plays a central role. Through empathetic accompaniment and an adapted daily routine, security, orientation, and quality of life are conveyed to the people being cared for. Together with the nursing team, you can contribute your experience and gain valuable insights into specialized dementia care.

Your tasks at the new employer:

• You accompany people with dementia in everyday life and ensure individual, resource-oriented care and support
• Supporting everyday activities as well as promoting existing skills are part of your varied tasks
• Together with the nursing team, you design a structured daily routine and ensure a safe and trusting environment
• You carry out nursing measures within your area of competence and guarantee careful and complete nursing documentation

You offer your new employer:

• Completed training as a Fachfrau or Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ forms the basis for your assignment in dementia care
• Ideally, you already have experience in long-term or dementia care and know the special needs of people with cognitive impairments
• You work independently, reliably, and patiently, and can adapt flexibly to different care situations
• With your empathetic, humorous, and understanding personality, you create trust and enrich the everyday lives of the residents
