This is your field of activity

• Care of our customers in palliative and/or oncological situations
• Collaboration in the interprofessional team
• Promotion of the quality of life of those affected and their reference persons
• Targeted advice and support for outpatient and inpatient basic care
• Ensuring high-quality, integrative palliative care
• Participation in the implementation of specialist training

This is how you convince us

• Nursing training at tertiary level (HF/FH) with at least 2 years of experience in acute medicine; preferably in oncology or palliative care
• Completed further training in Palliative Care (level B2), oncological nursing or willingness to complete this
• In crisis situations, you keep a cool head and can professionally assess complex situations
• You communicate appreciatively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders
• Interprofessionality, coordination and network maintenance are part of your DNA
• You know how to guide and train, to accompany and support
