Your tasks / perspectives

• Professional, empathetic care and support of our residents during the day shift
• Steering the care and support needs using the nursing process, based on the biography of the residents
• Ensuring and actively participating in the further development of professional care and support
• Taking over day and house responsibility
• Assessment of services using RAI LTCF, care planning and management of progress documentation using CareCoach
• Co-responsibility for professional development and the implementation of the mission statement

Your profile

• You have completed training as a Pflegefachfrau/-mann HF/FH
• You are an interested, motivated, flexible and patient personality
• You have strong social competence and are resilient
• You have very good oral and written German skills
• You have good IT user skills, RAI LTCF knowledge is an advantage
• You are open to new things and enjoy lifelong learning
