Your profile – leadership personality with professional competence

• Completed training as a Dipl. Nursing Professional HF / FH or comparable qualification
• Further education in nursing management, leadership, or health management (NDS, MAS, or CAS an advantage)
• Several years of professional experience in the nursing sector, ideally with leadership experience in a comparable position
• Sound knowledge in personnel management, team control, and nursing organization
• Strong communication skills, social competence, and the ability to motivate and promote employees
• Independent, solution-oriented, and economical way of thinking
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
