L’établissement médico-social La Lisière in Evilard is looking for a committed co-responsible for care who wishes to share responsibilities with their colleague, contribute actively to reflections, and evolve the care sector.
You lead with clarity, know how to mobilize people, and do not hesitate to roll up your sleeves.

Your profile

• ES or HES nursing degree
• Experience in team management as well as additional training in the field of leadership
• Taste for the accompaniment and development of people
• Sense of organization, sense of responsibility, and ability to assert oneself
• Solid professional skills and a solution-oriented mindset
• Excellent command of German and French, both spoken and written
• You place the well-being of our residents at the heart of your actions, with commitment, respect, and benevolence
