We are looking for our site in Sion, a:
Nurse (60-100%)
Your mission
You evaluate home care situations and act as a reference person by showing leadership skills in care management situations.
You provide nursing care and actively participate in your team's dynamics.
Your profile
Training in the field of care (Bachelor level or equivalent)
At least 2 years of experience
Adaptability, listening skills, and autonomy
Aptitude to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
Ability to use standard IT tools
Driver's license and vehicle indispensable
Knowledge of the home care field, an asset
