Since 2014, Vitaloria, a home care organization (OSAD), has supported people at home who wish to live in their own homes in safety and dignity. Our strength: caregivers who know their patients, and patients who know their caregivers.

Today, Vitaloria is growing. We are opening new regions and are looking for nurses who want to build something with us.

The positions

Position 1 – Riviera · 80 %, evolvable to 100 %

• CDI, fixed rate, with fixed working days
• Technical care at home
• Good knowledge of wounds and healing is a valued asset

Position 2 – La Côte · pool staff from 10 %

• CDI, hourly contract
• A developing region: you welcome the first patients for basic and technical care
• With the growth of the patient base, your activity will focus on technical care
• In the short and medium term, your position will evolve towards a fixed contract with fixed working days, following the development of the region
• Depending on the development of the area, your skills and profile, you may evolve towards the position of regional manager

Position 3 – Nord Broye · pool staff from 10 %

• CDI, hourly contract
• A developing region: you welcome the first patients for basic and technical care
• With the growth of the patient base, your activity will focus on technical care
• In the short and medium term, your position will evolve towards a fixed contract with fixed working days, following the development of the region
• Depending on the development of the area, your skills and profile, you may evolve towards the position of regional manager

Position 4 – Châtel-St-Denis–Bulle · 50 %, evolvable

• CDI, fixed rate, with fixed working days
• A developing region: you welcome the first patients for basic and technical care
• With the growth of the patient base, your rate evolves and your activity focuses on technical care
• Depending on the development of the area, your skills and profile, you may evolve towards the position of regional manager

Position 5 – Lausanne region · 3 positions at 100 %

• CDI, fixed rate, with fixed working days
• Exclusive support for one private patient, 24 h/24, within a small dedicated team
• Shift work: days, nights, weekends and public holidays
• Absolute discretion and confidentiality

Your profile

• Nursing degree (HES, ES or title recognized by the Swiss Red Cross)
• A CAS or postgraduate training is an asset
• Autonomy, sense of organization and taste for home care
• Developed clinical reasoning
• Listening, respect for the person and their choices
• Driver's license and vehicle

Conditions: according to the collective agreement applicable in the canton of the position. Your experience and training are taken into account.

Start date: Immediately or to be agreed
