Residential Area Manager 80-100%

For our client, an established institution in the field of long-term care and support, we are looking for a committed and experienced personality as a Residential Area Manager 80-100%, effective immediately or by arrangement.
In this responsible function, you will undertake the technical and personnel leadership of a residential area and, together with your team, ensure professional, individual, and high-quality care and nursing of the residents.

Requirement Profile ##

• Completed training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH or Specialist in Long-term Care and Support with federal diploma
• Experience in a leadership function, ideally as a team or ward manager
• Several years of professional experience in long-term care
• Joy in the leadership, development, and motivation of employees
• Strong social and communication skills in dealing with residents, relatives, and employees
• Responsible, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
• Organizational skills and joy in working in a team

Tasks ##

• Technical and personnel leadership as well as support of the employees in the residential area
• Ensuring high quality of care and support as well as functioning care processes
• Leadership, motivation, and promotion of a committed team
• Planning, coordination, and organization of daily care routines
• Close cooperation with the Nursing Management as well as support with organizational, administrative, and other tasks
• Active participation in nursing and assumption of assigned shifts including weekend shifts
• Support and guidance of apprentices as well as interns during their education and further training
• Active participation in the further development of the residential area and the quality of care
