What you can achieve ##

As a Medical Secretary at Medbase, you will take care of the smooth running of the practice administration. Your organizational talent and your discretion contribute to ensuring that the practice functions optimally and the team can concentrate on the patients.

• Support for doctors in administrative tasks
• Coordination of daily practice operations and appointment management
• Processing of patient inquiries via telephone and email
• Administration and maintenance of patient data

What you bring ##

• Training as MPA or FaGe, ideally further training as a Medical Secretary
• Good IT knowledge (MS Office, Outlook)
• Flexibility for shift work and a structured way of working
• Sense of responsibility and discretion
• Very good German skills (at least B1 level), English skills are an advantage
• TARDOC knowledge: an advantage
