Do you want to accompany people on their way back to everyday working life with targeted case management? Then you have come to the right place with us.

What you achieve:

• You process UVG cases with reintegration potential independently and proactively.
• You assess benefit entitlements and benefit provisions.
• To assess and manage the cases, you obtain medical, legal, and other information.
• You ensure the cost/benefit ratio in all interventions, including situational determination of the strategy and intensity of the case management.
• In companies and/or with insured persons, you carry out investigations independently, advise on-site, and submit proposals for solutions with corresponding decision-making responsibility.
• You coordinate the services of all involved institutions and network partners.

What you bring with you:

• You have a commercial basic education or an equivalent training.
• You possess the diploma of eidg. Sozialversicherungsfachfrau/-fachmann and have ideally completed a Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Case Management.
• Profound knowledge in social and accident insurance as well as in medical and legal issues is expected of you.
• You master German at a native speaker level and bring knowledge in a 2nd national language.
• High advisory competence and independent thinking as well as action are a matter of course for you.
• You are known for your coordination skills.
