Your challenge ##

• Competent and independent care of patients before and after operative procedures in the IMC and recovery room area
• Ensuring professional and patient-oriented admission and entry organization
• Implementation and monitoring of differentiated pain therapy, ensuring neurological monitoring and implementation of specific therapeutic measures
• Early recognition of clinical deteriorations and acutely life-threatening situations as well as initiation of the necessary measures
• Taking on additional responsibilities in daily ward routine, for example as shift leader, as well as participation in ward-internal tasks and projects
• Interprofessional cooperation with doctors as well as other involved professional groups to ensure high-quality and patient-centered care
