Le Groupement Hospitalier de l-Ouest Lémanique (GHOL) brings together several healthcare establishments in the La Côte region and ensures local care for the population.

Your mission :

Within the biomedical department of the GHOL, you ensure the upkeep, preventive maintenance, and routine repairs of equipment used in the group's hospital and medico-social establishments.

Integrated into a team composed of the department manager and three biomedical technicians, you contribute to the reliability of the equipment, the safety of users, and the continuity of care activities.

This concrete and varied position is aimed at a manual, curious, and versatile person, eager to develop their technical skills in a stimulating environment.

Your main activities :

• Perform preventive maintenance and routine repairs on various equipment, including hospital beds, wheelchairs, care chairs, and examination couches.
• Control the proper functioning of the equipment, identify anomalies, and diagnose common breakdowns.
• Carry out the necessary interventions in compliance with established procedures and safety requirements.
• Document interventions and ensure the follow-up of equipment in the GMAO (computer-aided maintenance management).
• Collaborate with care teams and different departments in order to meet their technical needs.
• Participate in the management and monitoring of the equipment fleet across the different GHOL sites.
• Depending on your progress and your level of autonomy, you may also intervene on more complex equipment and contribute to technical projects.

Your profile

• You possess good manual dexterity and a strong interest in technology and maintenance.
• You are versatile, pragmatic, and capable of searching for solutions adapted to the problems encountered.
• You demonstrate curiosity, rigor, and autonomy, while knowing how to recognize your limits and ask for advice when necessary.
• You appreciate teamwork and adopt a discreet attitude respectful of confidentiality, which is indispensable in a hospital environment.
• You are proficient in common IT tools, notably Microsoft Word and Excel.
• You hold a driver's license, indispensable for travel between the different GHOL establishments.

Diplomas / training :

CFC or federal certificate in a technical field (operations agent, polymechanic, electronics technician, maintenance mechanic, etc.)

Additional assets :

• Knowledge of a GMAO software.
• Experience in a hospital or medico-social environment, appreciated but not indispensable.
