YOUR TASKS

• You care for and accompany our residents professionally and empathetically during the night
• You perform nursing and care tasks according to your training and competencies
• You ensure the safety and well-being of our residents during the night
• You document your observations, nursing and care services carefully according to internal specifications
• You ensure a smooth process and commit to a high quality of nursing and care
• You are mainly deployed in the residential group for people with disabilities, but also take on shifts in departments for elderly people

YOUR PROFILE

• Nursing Assistant SRK, Assistant in Health and Social Affairs EBA or equivalent
• Experience and joy in working with people with disabilities
• Appreciative, empathetic and resource-oriented attitude
• Good powers of observation, sense of responsibility and reliable way of working
• Team spirit, flexibility and solution-oriented action in changing situations
