The Réseau de l'Arc SA was created on January 1st 2023, following the takeover of the Hôpital du Jura bernois SA. A local establishment firmly anchored in its region, it offers complete patient care.
It includes two hospital sites located in Moutier and Saint-Imier, five Medicentres and the Centre Médical Bienne (Medizinisches Zentrum Biel). Its healthcare offering is completed by an ambulance network, two EMS, two radiology institutes, a center for physical and cognitive therapies, as well as a home hospitalization service.
Thanks to its multidisciplinary expertise at the service of patients, the Réseau de l'Arc offers high value-added medical services. With nearly 1,300 employees, it meets the medical and hospital needs of a population of approximately 80,000 inhabitants.
As part of its VIVA project, the Réseau de l'Arc has become the first fully integrated organization in Switzerland. The VIVA health plan is today accessible to a large part of the inhabitants of the Arc jurassien, guaranteeing optimal and coordinated care.
In order to strengthen its Medicine department, we are looking for the following specialist:
Job Description
Conduct specialized consultations in angiology
Perform non-invasive diagnostic examinations, notably venous and arterial echo-Doppler, to evaluate the patients' vascular network.
Perform technical acts such as sclerotherapy, endovenous treatment of varicose veins and patient follow-up after intervention.
Keep patients informed about their pathology and accompany them in the management of chronic diseases such as venous insufficiency or obliterating arteriopathy.
Perform global care in collaboration with other medical specialties (cardiology, internal medicine, vascular surgery).
Keep medical records up to date and ensure personalized patient follow-up in order to optimize their care pathway.
Perform training and awareness actions with patients and healthcare professionals.
Qualifications
Medical Degree with specialization in Angiology, recognized in Switzerland or eligible for equivalence.
MEBEKO registration or recognition in Switzerland or in the process of procedure.
Proven clinical experience in the management of vascular pathologies.
Skills in echo-Doppler and endovenous treatment techniques.
Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and to integrate into a dynamic structure.
Excellent interpersonal skills and commitment to quality medicine.
