Medical practice assistant

To complete our team we are looking for a:

Medical practice assistant.

Main duties:

• welcoming and preparing patients for the visit;
• assisting the doctor during visits and minor interventions;
• performing simple medical services upon prescription (dressings, injections, blood collection, ECG, blood pressure measurement, etc.);
• managing the administrative activities of the practice (agenda, appointments, phone calls, correspondence and updating patient files);
• managing billing and insurance matters;
• performing routine laboratory tests;
• eventual performance of X-rays for candidates in possession of a radiation protection certificate.

Required requirements:

• preferably AFC as medical practice assistant;
• good organizational and interpersonal skills;
• precision, reliability and predisposition to teamwork.

Employment details:

• employment starting immediately at a rate between 80% and 100% with an indefinite contract
• place of work: Ascona
• salary: according to CCL
