Job Description

• Ensure comprehensive patient care to promote autonomy, maintain well-being, and anticipate follow-up care
• Maintain clinical reasoning in order to optimize the quality of care and patient safety.
• Have a clinical approach adapted to the patient's pain
• Demonstrate versatility (multi-purpose surgery, medicine, oncology...)
• Ensure compliance with current processes
• Adhere to institutional policy, being a stakeholder in the continuous improvement of practices
• Promote the integration of new employees and students

Qualifications
--------------

• HES Bachelor in nursing or equivalent training, recognized by the Swiss Red Cross
• Desired experience in a surgical department
• Experience in night work, a real asset
• Organization, analytical skills, stress management
• French native language or very good knowledge mandatory
• Foreign languages an asset
• Additional specialized training welcome
